Anvils
Special alloy steel impact plates with high abrasion resistance
Armouring
Total protection of the frame with thick armouring
Grids
Installation of large-section bars or perforated sheets on frames.
Rotor
Very large diameter shaft fully protected by the disc sleeves.
- Fully machined independent hammer holder discs forming a high inertia unit.
- Impact pads in manganese steel or special alloy steel.
- Bearings with spherical roller bearings on double rows of rollers.
